This has been such a great living experience so far. Just signed on for my second year at the Virginia Mae. Maintenance and management are the best I've had in Denver (or anywhere for that matter.) It's a cozy place, and I love the midcentury charm of the building. Denver apartment living is by no means cheap, so feeling like I'm in good hands while living here make it that much better. Units have updated kitchens with granite countertops and new cabinetry, hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and large windows with plenty of natural light. The building has an elevator, air-conditioned units, onsite laundry, bike storage, and underground and surface parking. Water, trash and heat are included in rent.
