The coffee machine hardly is ever operational and the front doors are always locked

Since property management has changed, we have been unable to get clear answers regarding our heating issues. The company has the ability to upgrade aesthetics on the exterior of the building yet lack the ability to have heat turned on through the night in December. The apartment was quiet and a place I enjoyed living in the summer before cornerstone took over. Now it is a place of constant distraction and hardly any heat.
