Living here has been okay. They could update or clean the elevators, add more gym equipment but still a nice gym overall as it is. A squat rack would make it better. The community spaces are amazing! The noise level is alright, you can hear a lot of the traffic since its a busy intersection and the train every 10 minutes so it has its cons. I didnt know moving here there would be so many concerts and events hosted right outside my door so i did NOT enjoy that. You can hear people outside very clearly in the bathroom like they are in the next room. There are no mirrors in the parking garage, major saftey issue !!!! Fix most of that and this placd can be a 5 but overall ots a 3/5

Overall, not bad

Outside of some residents not having any experience living in an apartment, I don’t have any complaints. It would be nice if the gym was a bit bigger & the building had a second elevator. Neighbors are friendly, all around the same age and the common areas are clean.
