I love my little sanctuary in the city. I moved knowing it would be loud and parking can be a bear, but my apt is beautiful and maintenance has dealt with every issue. Neighbors are nice and mostly quiet. We have a little laundry room but could use more washers and dryers. Pet friendly and clean. Exposed brick and big windows.

Firstly, I love my studio. The charm that this little space has to offer is the reason that I signed my lease in the first place. There is exposed brick, built in shelves, wood floors and a claw foot tub! The location is wonderful, walking distance to two grocery stores, some cafes, and Cheesman Park. However, the building is really old and I don't believe much remodeling has been done. The doors are weathered and have large gaps. The pipes are disintegrating causing issues with the boiler and radiator heaters. The wooden floors are in bad need of refinishing, and the appliances while working could use a serious face lift. I am lucky enough to have Thomas as my property manager at Four Star and he is top tier! He always answers calls and follows up with maintenance issues to make sure they have been completed. I love my space, I love my neighbors, and my property manager. Do I think the price reflects what is offered? No. It is high compared to other studios in the same area that are a bit more up to date, but I feel like this building is home

Understanding of the fact that this is an old building, it has not been properly maintained for years and I feel it is just not worth the pricepoint regardless of location.

I understand it's an older building, but it's not worth the money in any way.
