Room for improvement
The apartment I live in is nice, I am satisfied, however..... There needs to be improvement on the access to the apartment as the gates are always broke or open. The pool hours changed and I cant enjoy the amenities due to my work hours, The trash butler needs to pick up trash instead of leave notes that are not accurate. EX: trash wasnt picked up due to holes in bag: when there was no holes in bag. Resident packages are being dropped off under stairs, or in the mulch outside the mailboxes up front. The grass was replaced outside my building 8, and when the sprinklers come on, it floods and creates water pools where mosquitos are developing as well. Otherwise the inside of my apartment is nice and its quiet..

Its just a relief to be able to come home and be completely comfortable. From the mangers, to the buliding and maintenance. Always taken care of.
