Pet Policy

  • Pets allowed. Pet Restrictions: The Quincy Apartments will accept up to two indoor pets per apartment. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted. Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Love living here

Have been here almost a year now, and have had a great experience at the Quincy. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, staff is super friendly and I love how well insulated these apartments are from noise from neighbors. If the windows were a bit more insulated from sound from outside the apartment, I think this would be the perfect apartment. The fire department two blocks away tends to make their presence known which was a slight inconvenience but one that Ive grown used to. Downtown living I suppose. If I werent buying a house, I could easily see the Quincy being a long-term home for me.

Love the Quincy

The Quincy is pretty great. The amenities have been lacking over the past few years because of the pool and hot tub being out of order on and off, but the maintenance staff is amazing and its wonderful having a 24 hour concierge.

I love living here

The apartments themselves are great! Occasionally the elevators and hot tubs don't work, which is a bummer. But they do end up getting fixed. We've only had to make one maintenance request in 7 months here, and it was fixed quickly. The parking situation is fine, sometimes have to go up to higher levels to find an open spot. The staff at the front desk is also great.
