Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted. Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Perfectly Adequate

The Quincy is probably one of the better places I've lived, however, in considering location, staff, amenities, and overall price... I wouldn't say it's a clear standout over everything else available in downtown Denver. In fact, I can't say much of anything, because you baked a clause into the lease that I can't openly argue the Quincy's value. Odd. Anyways... assuming rent doesn't climb year-over-year, I will probably stay. In other words: perfectly adequate.

Love the Q

I love this property. Things gave gone downhill a bit over the years. The pool doesnt work as well and neither do the hot tubs and the coffee machine requires a QR code or app and is ridiculous, but maintenance is amazing. Best crew ever - so fast and get things done properly.
