Closing Hottub with no rent reducation

I enjoyed this apartment until the recent ownership change. Since the transition, we have had issues with parking permits, trash pickup and both the hottub and pool have been closed for months. Now we found out that the hottub will never reopen and they have not reduced rent accordingly. Parking fees also increased 25% for no change in service.

Rents due

Got towed my first night parking in the garage because the previous management company only gave me 1 of the 2 necessary stickers. Garage wouldn't let me in tonight for some reason. Spots are too narrow. I got a new car and an employee told me I would need to pay for a new parking pass which made no sense.

Could be better

Upstairs neighbors pound their feet, and their dog scratches the floor. People party til all hours of the night. Cant receive generic mail or even food deliveries because no public access. Parking garage constantly breaks. Fire alarm goes off all the time. Nickel and dimes for every little penny. Location is great.

Great Location!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Commons Park West. It is in the best location, and the new staff is very nice. I'm excited for the pool and hot tub to open up again & to enjoy the amenities this summer.
