rent keeps going up but maintenance is lacking. if you raise rent you need to upgrade amenities.

The value for this property does not match the extreme price increase year over year. I have been a tenant here at The Norman for 2.5 years and they have increase my rent price over $300/mo, making my studio unit extremely overpriced even with amenities included and ultimately ruling me out of resigning my lease. The reasons I was told why the price has increased honestly made little to no sense. When I asked about extending my lease for a three month term to help me look for a new place to live, the offered price was $2025/mo for a studio apartment which is significantly more expensive than anything else in the area with similar amenities. To be completely honest, I have never experienced anything like this in my renting history by being pushed out due to unfair price increases.
