I lived at The Logan for four years—and through three management teams. Boutique? Great. Paskin Group? Disaster. Four Star Realty? Zero stars, ironic name (Google their name and Colorado Attorney General, just sayin'). If you like broken doors, garage thefts, clogged trash chutes, malfunctioning fobs, and grimy windows and common areas, this is the place for you. Moreover, getting my deposit back from Four Star took 70 days (illegal) and it turned out they sent it to my old apartment instead of my forwarding address, which I'd shared with them on numerous occasions (plus they gaslit me..."We can't control the U.S. Postal Service!"). No walk-through, no communication, no opportunity to review their unilaterally prepared move-out statement, just chaos. The Logan used to be luxury; now it’s a live-in management meltdown. If you're moving in or out, take videos and photos of everything and lower your expectations to zero.

Going on 3 years living here. I want to continue living here because i still have the faith in the company like i did when i moved, however i am lising faith. Whenever i try to call the office i am prmpted to leave a message and so i do. I dont get a call back so i call again hoping someone in the office will answer the phone. Its very hard to get a hold of someone. Its very frustrating. Now with the new company i feel left out because i can't get a hold of anyone with my questions that i have. I feel that the building cleanliness is going downhill. When i first mioved here i was so proud of the cleanliness. Im hoping that once this new company gets established it will turn back to normal. Im sad that i now feel that im paying too much in rent for living conditions. Thank you for allowing to express my thoughts. Im not trying to be rude. Just hoping that the exercise room improves and the cleanliness gets better.
