Overall I’m satisfied with most aspects of renting here. Amenities are better than plenty of similarly priced units in the area (although I’ve never heard a word about accessing the rooftop clubhouse…). The location is safer than most central Denver neighborhoods. Although I’m consistently frustrated with the property management staff. Not once have my calls to the office been answered, leaving me to leave multiple voicemails. I’ve been assured the dumpsters in the alley would be moved away from the gate, and nothing has changed. Most importantly respect for tenants schedules seems to be an afterthought, if anything. I work late nights and a 9-5 time window for maintenance is simply unrealistic. I don’t appreciate being woken up for something as basic as a fire alarm battery change. Ultimately, staff could easily communicate and at least attempt to accommodate to individual tenant’s needs. It is easy to feel disregarded when getting ahold of staff is such a challenge. I have really enjoyed living here, but there is room for improvement.
