Great friendly building with nice, respectful tenants. The butterfly door system is lovely to use, allowing guests to come thru with a one time pass code. Maintenance is usuaully quick to respond within a day or two and are always polite and respectful to your apartment. The walls and flooring are concrete so you get minimal noise from your neighbors. The only downside are the windows - they are quite outdated so you do get a significant amount of street noise on 13th ave, right by the hospital and fire department. The location is fabulous! You’re surrounded by the best part of Colfax, the Bluebird district to the north, to the east there’s 9Co with Trader Joe’s and AMC, to the south there’s Blue Pan Pizza, to the East Zorba’s and Mr. Peter’s Chinese. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a nice place to live without the “luxury” marketing that’s surrounding every new building nowdays.
