paying 1500 a month to live in a building like this should be criminal.

They have grills and a nice patio area, but the laundry situation isnt the best and the machines are older and need to be replaced. There isnt a lot of noise from neighbors (but i was on the third floor). The neighbors are friendly but there are aome that dont care and leave trash all over the parking lot and patio area. Empty bottles and trash are found in the front yard and all over. Though i am not sure if that’s just colfax for the front of the building. The residents definitely leave garbage all over the back of the building my and dont care about walking 10 steps to the dumpster NOT FAR away. The other neighbors really make me not like the place. Is decently afforable but youll have to get an portable A/C or sudfer in summer. Overall not a bad place to live but not the best.
