Management and laundry servicer have not responded to maintenance requests about broken laundry mahcine for 11 weeks, leaving one dryer for 22 apartments. The HVAC is also jot under tenant control, so its either 60° or 80°, never in between. By the way, youre paying $150 for this miserable HVAC nightmare, no matter the season.

Staff is always there when we have an issue. Neighbors are nice. Property is kept clean. Great little place.

My issues are not with the staff. My issues are with red peak as a corporation. I love my appointment and location and the staff is always helpful. But RedPeak as a company is horribly run and don't care at all about the renters. Once I move out of here I will Never rent with RedPeak again!
