Our building is okay, with reasonable amenities and great value for the neighborhood. Cornerstone wont fix our peeling paint in the bathroom, cracked tiles, and water problems instead just referring us to “Call Denver Water”… jn terms of maitnenance they will often fix things with repeated persistance but with very little to no communication.

Building has untreated water damage within the walls and very poor ventilation. Most of the units have had some degree of water damage or mold. Would not recommend living here.

Pretty nice building. Built 1949, older pipes, steam heating that keeps you toasty and warm during winter. Cozy and cute interiors. Beautiful, gorgeous windows. Very good maintenance staff. Perfect neighborhood! Thick walls, I rarely ever hear my neighbors. Happy to have huge closets, good kitchen storage space, and a nice big bathtub. However, there's an enormous, unavoidable pothole in parking lot that needs to be fixed. You can't drive out of the building without driving into the giant pothole.
