The prices in the hooper have consistently gone up for the time I've spent here. Washing and Drying has almost doubled in a year and a half, the location is good for a few things but not the BEST. Amenities consistently break. No breaks on rent. Expensive parking with limited options in the area.

Living here is great, you're in a great spot in Denver for walking to where you need to go...if you're on the wrong side of the building, though you get loud club music almost nightly. Parking is also rough - very expensive and the street parking is pretty bad.
