The Ceoft is a crock!

The call box has been broken for 4 years. The front door doesn't lock so the unhoused house themselves in the stairwells! The other dog owners don't pick up their dogs poop..even though there are provided bags.. so the outside smells like dog park! Had an incident in my apartment, no cameras in the hallways! Pool is GREEN! The heat is minimal..the a/c is ok. Can't hang anything from the ceiling. I believe it IS time for ME to move!

Im quite pleased living here, the apartments are spacious, the area is super close to most of denver, staff os helpful and i havent had any issues since moving here.

The apartments are fair, the apartment building is unkept,and there is a lot of trash overflowing spilling out of the propertys trash cans. Alsothe waste bins are filthy and smell aweful.
