Not bad, but difficult.

Overall good. But two major issues: getting any maintenance done requires multiple contacts and follow ups. 2) The heating is a disaster. It goes out regularly in the winter and won't stope boiling you on 80 deg days and nights.

Good but has some oversights

Lived here one year. Some basic amendities are absent, like a dishwasher, and others are in disrepair, like the garage lock and fire doors. Staff is responsive if one can talk to them, but online work orders are completely ignored and it often takes multiple phone calls to get the central office.
