Chloé is a boutique residential offering unlike anything else in the country—where design is intentional, expressive, and deeply personal. Dramatic volumes, sculptural forms, and custom lighting define each home, creating spaces that feel curated rather than repeated. Set within a century-old structure, every residence carries architectural character that can’t be replicated today. Sandblasted wood ceilings, exposed structural elements, reclaimed millwork, and softly diffused stained-glass light bring depth and authenticity to each space. Throughout the building, original details have been thoughtfully reimagined—historic beams and arches preserved, church pews transformed into custom stair treads and trim, and organ pipes repurposed into sculptural lighting installations. Restored stained-glass ceilings and skylights cast a warm, ambient glow across lofted residences and shared spaces, shifting beautifully throughout the day. This seamless blend of history and modern design gives Chloé its distinct identity—an elevated living experience defined by character, craftsmanship, and a true sense of place.
