Extremely noisy, not worth the price

The Boulevard boasts "luxury" living, yet that could not be further from the truth. The lack of insulation on the windows of these units allows every noise from the city to filter in. Whether its the 7am construction, snow plowing, neighbors playing loud music, people having a regular conversation outside on the sidewalk, cars racing down Speer Blvd, ambulance sirens, you name it! Be prepared for at least one false fire alarm per month to force you out of bed as well. Now, some of these circumstances are out of the Boulevard's control... but what is under their control is how much they charge for rent. Considering I have gotten very few restful nights of sleep since moving here 10 months ago, they should lower their rent or consider installing better insulation on the windows. I cannot wait to move out, literally counting down the days.

Good to great

Great location, friendly and personable staff (maintenance team is awesome, thank you guys), great amenities, nice apartments with high ceilings and good finishes/furnishings. Value is ok, nothing to complain about— you can find cheaper if you go more towards cap hill, but this place seems to be one of the lower rents in the immediate area, great for the location. No noise between apartments, I rarely here neighboring noise. Noise from outside is loud on our side of the building as we’re across the street from Denver Health sirens. We got used to it. Ultimately I would recommend renting here. We’ve been very happy (1+yr residents).
