Good location, old building.

This building is pretty old. The baseboard heaters in my upstairs neighbor's apartment make a lot of noise and it can sometimes keep me up at night or give me a headache when I'm home. The location is great but across the street are a lot of college students who sometimes like to party late; that sometimes messes with my sleep too.
