Its pretty good. People are nice, wish the buiolding didnt have a smell but that comes with the age

It was not a great place to live, but it was cheaper than the rest, and the location was close to DU.

Decent neighborhood, very short walk to DU, old building but good maintenance. Our unit doesn't have microwave and dish washer. Good ventilation and sun light. Property management response time is decent on any issue.
