Overall Great Experience!

I have lived at The Abraham for the past 15 months and have had an overall good experience. The unit is great the maintenance team is quick to respond and very nice. I love the modern appliances and finishes. I have had about 5 times over 15 months where I have had renovation workers or random people park in my assigned spot, and the office is very slow to respond or do anything about it. I would recommend this building to a friend :)

Big and Newly Renovated!

I moved here from across the country in March in a snowstorm without ever visiting, but I couldn't be happier with my apartment. I'm the first person to live in it since the renovation and I love the black hardware, the new doors and appliances(including washing machine), and my gigantic balcony. The hardwood is beautiful and I love the brick on the balcony. I think the interior walls are also brick, which means I have to use heavy-duty mounting tape to hang everything, but I cant hear my neighbors. After months of research online, this was the largest and nicest unit I could find in the best location for a fair price point.
