Good for DU Students

Perfect for DU College students. Close to campus. Parking is hard sometimes but not that bad. Have been super attentive to fixing any issues in the house.

lived here for 1 year and it was not the best option hardly any protection from outside temperature and all summer has been above 85 degrees because they refused to fix AC unit that was previously installed before our arrival
