Im sorry, I know you don’t like complaining, but this has to be said. Every single time I cook. With the oven or stove, the fire alarm goes off. Evey single time. This is absurd, and completely unnecessary.

I have lived here for 9 months. Solana has an equal number of pros and cons. It is walkable to the train station, has a beautiful view of Central Park, lots of community events, and a pretty nice gym when it's not closed. Solana, however, undergoes construction projects and needs maintenance frequently. 2 times the gym has closed for 1-2 weeks, the hot tub hasn't worked for 2 months, and the pool is not properly heated, making it impossible to swim in for 8 months of the year unless you like polar plunges. The apartment manager likes to say it's because this building is so new and it's settling, but it's concerning that it's always issue after issue here. The price would be worth it if all the amenities consistently worked.

I have been living at this apartment for for about two months now, and I have genuinely enjoyed my time here. The apartment itself is spacious and gets great natural light. ?What really stands out is the location—it’s super convenient to get grocery store, or park. The neighbors are respectful, and the community is generally very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid home in the area
