It's an alright building, but there are constant maintenance issues and we are being overcharged on rent.

I’m not sure who runs this company, if anyone. In three years I’ve never been able to get a hold of somebody, save the occasional maintenance worker. Really glad to be going (:

A wonderful little spot right next to Cheesman Park and plenty of local restaurants, stores, etc...The convenience is worth the price. Parking can be a bit challenging at times unless you have a paid spot but it is manageable. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and requests when they very rarely pop-up. Leasing office responds quickly and concisely. Love living here and if a spot opens up I'd recommend grabbing it!
