Garage doors broken for 1year doors not secure people stealing packages. Toilet sewer pipe lets out pop and urine in pipe in garage building C side doors broken! Not worth rent

I love it so far its just rent keeps goin up every year but nothings getting done on the inside so what are we paying more rent for each year!

Living here has been quite diasppointing; the front door to my building which is suposed to be accessible via keypad access has been inactive and the front door has been constantly ajar for over a year. I have put in multiple requests for them to be fixed but they are overlooking my request. The garage door to the building has been broken for over 6 months ; in which i have put multiple request in for that as well, and not to my surprise they have not resolved it. The leasing office sends emails that says its been reolved when they have not resolved them. The leasing office staff does nothing to reolve these issues and its very frustrating to live in a community where there are no other safety factors ; cameras, a working door, an enclosed garage thats $40 per month.

Its nice an quiet for the most part. Me and my son love our apartment and he loves being able to feed the ducks.
