Over all this apparent is the best. In my view maintainance service is fantastic. With regards to parking for the time being it is good but for the future I feel there will be problem as non residents also park in the appointment parking lots.

Not a bad place to live.

I've been here for 2 yrs now and it's nothing like I expected. I actually enjoy it. Maintenance does a good job. keeping the ground nice as well as repairs there on it. Managers and office personnel are wonderful they always greet you with a smile and they even speak to you. They are very attentive to your needs. Thanks RedStone Ranch.

redstone ranch

I would give the Redstone's a 10 if I had different neighbors, I moved in in august, I would say the apartment looks small but once you get all unpacked its a decent sized apartment . what I like about the community and apartment , well the community is pretty decent you don't really have to go far for anything unless you like to shop at sams club or Costco , what i like about the apartment is its spacious , i do wish the closets were a little bigger, the maintenance man frank is kind and polite and try's to get the job done i work from home and he was so considerate of the noise level , the woman Candice that helped me get the apartment was so nice and actually happy for me as well . NOW I WOULD SAY DONT LET THEM LET YOU MOVE IN TO THE BOTTOM FLOOR IF THERE IS KIDS ABOVE MY MANGER AND TECHS ARE ALWAYS ASKING ME WHAT IS ALL THAT IN THE BACKGROUD BECAUSE THEY ARE SO LOAD RUNNING AND STOMPING ON THE GROUND ITS LIKE 4 ADULTS AND 4 KIDS AND ITS ALL DAY AND NIGHT MY KID WAKES UP SCARED AT NAPS AND BED TIMES LETS JUST SAY I'VE YET TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP OR NOT HAVE A HEAD ACHE .
