Ir took four years and a lawsuit for Redi Properties to put banisters on the stairs. They did a nice job if it too. Thank you!

Empty peomises

I have lived here over ten years. Our washers and driers have been here at least 13 years, used constantly by at least 22 people. They are constantly breaking down with the same problems. The residents have been asking for new washers and driers for the past five years. We've explained they are tearing our clothes and not getting them clean. Nothing happens. The manager keeps telling us we need to talk to the laundry company, but all they do is come and fix the same problems over and over again. This happens with other maintenance and resident issues. Promises are made but no action is taken. Many of us are tired of it.
