Parkview Lofts

Too expensive. I really need some cheaper options

I have lived at the parkview lofts for just over 2 months now and the only problems i have are parking and the noise. Of course those are not from the landlords. The location and price are very good. The building is cery clean and is quite nice. It is across the street from a very nice park and just down the street from a major grocery store.

Throughout the past few years have had many friends live in this building and finally I took over a lease and moved in. Its been great minus a few items. The refrigerator in the apartment isnt anywhere near great as it barley can hold temp during warm spring days and certainly doesnt hold during summer. There seems to be a lack of constant cleaning and maintenance and it seems sporadic. Outside of those minor complaints it has been a great place to live for the time being.

This place has a great location which is close to downtown, the Broncos stadium and Auraria Campus. While living here, I had no issues so far and I personally, really enjoy living there.

This was such a lovely place to live. I loved being so close to downtown and LoDo. The park right across the street is beautiful. The unit itself was the perfect size and had everything I needed. I never had any problems with neighbors or people outside. It's a very noisy spot! So if you're a light sleeper I suggest looking elsewhere. There's also no AC, but overall it was a great place.

Pros: Super cute apartment. I love the floorplans. So easy to move around the space. So efficient for all my things! I love being right across the street from the park. So easy to get some fresh air and nature while working from home. I also love the location. Super walkable to really great restaurants and stores for all the essentials. A quick drive downtown or wherever else you need to go. Maintenance responded quickly to my plumbing problem and fixed it right up! The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and seem like mostly young professionals. The building is clean, I’ve never had a problem with garbage or smells or anything like that while living here. Cons: There are usually good spots to park in, but when there are football games on Sundays or other large stadium events, a lot of the parking is restricted even for residents. My car was towed and I had to get a permit from the city to park near the apartment. The noise is what’s to be expected parking near two pretty busy streets. But with windows closed it’s comfortable. Just typical city sounds. If you don’t like traffic noises I’d definitely suggest looking elsewhere :) Finally, There’s only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire building. I’m lucky enough to be able to do my laundry whenever since I work from home, but I could see it being frustrating during busy laundry days.
