What renters are saying

Residents appreciate the property's reasonable price for the living space offered, noting that the apartments are new, functional, and well-priced compared to other options. They value the rooftop patio with a grill, the presence of a gym, and the quietness inside the apartments due to thick walls, which help minimize noise from neighbors. The ease of application and lease process is also highlighted positively. Additionally, some residents find the paid parking option in the garage worth the expense to avoid street parking challenges.

rent is way too high for what you get. street parking unless you want to pay nearly $200 a month. utilities are ridiculously high

I have lived here for a little over 2 years. The apartment itself is fine. Everything is new, and works. It's on the small side though. Other than that, nothing special here at all. The "gym" is the size of my bedroom and has a dumbbell set and a Peloton treadmill. There is a patio on the roof with a grill. There are about 20 parking spots in the garage that you have to pay $175 a month for and street parking is very hard to come by. There is also construction on 3 different NEW apartments on the block so that is making parking even worse with all their workers every day not no mention the noise, and the dust. Don't even think about opening your window for some fresh air unless you want it to be filled with dust and the sounds of power tools and dump trucks. Plus I pay over $100 per month for utilities. Overall I pay almost $1850/mo for a 520 sq ft apartment with a beautiful view of a brick wall outside my window. Cant wait to get out of here honestly.

Good place to live for the price. Has a small gym (has a rowing machine and a peloton but neither of these have subscriptions so they are unusable). If you are handicapped, good luck opening the front door- the handicap automatic open has been broken for at least a year. Parking is expensive but worth it to not park in the street. I cannot hear any of my neighbors noise inside of the apartment. Neighborhood is decent with sloans lake a couple of blocks away. Apartments are small but good price for what you are getting compared to other places.

Only a couple of blocks away from sloans lake. Neighborhood is up and coming but the area feels safe to walk around, the building is nice and the walls are thick so you cant hear neighbors.

Parking is of huge concern- there’s a lot of money seemingly being spent on aesthetics that could go towards, I don’t know, a street parking pass per apartment? From a business perspective as well, who would knowingly pay for the in-house parking (currently $175/mo), if they cannot secure the garage from would-be thieves? All the $175/mo gets you out of is the potential for an unfair parking ticket that can be circumvented by leaving the area on days with restrictions anyway. Not a great value at all and, frankly it’s a bit insulting to fight for parking every, have that be a real, tangible concern, and then see the property management company pay for “fine art” in the building. Who cares- make it more feasible for your residents to live here.
