Liked that we could enter a short-term lease close to DU; however, would only recommend in a pinch. Apartment was filthy when moved in, staff continuously tried to charge us for utilities the apartment incurred prior to move-in, A/C broke in heat of summer and took days for service, and staff communication is poor at best. Apartment was much less noisy after next door neighbors who blasted music with garage door wide open were evicted. Now we've moved out and poor communication continues regarding reason (or lack thereof) for withholding a portion of security deposit. If you decide to live here, monitor the charges on the portal and if/when you're overcharged, be prepared to advocate for yourself repeatedly.
