I think the apartments are a great size. The neighborhood is wonderful. The parking is okay (less abundant when schools are in session), but otherwise mostly adequate, with street parking available. Love that the laundry room is at the center of the complex. The maintenance staff is GREAT!! My only issue is the noise. I have very noisy, active upstairs neighbors that are up at every. hour. lol. It's like they never rest! So I rarely get sleep because the walls are so thin. I'm lucky if I get 3-4 days of regular sleep. Although there's a noise curfew, people don't seem to follow it, so it's something you have to be prepared to deal with. Otherwise, the apartments are great. However, the lack of sleep, combined with the rent price and the lack of free/predictable parking, will likely encourage me to look elsewhere when my lease ends. I love everything else.. I just miss sleep and easier parking lol.

My only complaints are the noise and parking. Otherwise, it's a great neighborhood that feels very safe and has lots of food, resources, and shops within walking distance.
