Nice convenient location to town and public transport. The only negative is having no ability to change aircon or heating settings. These are the same for all apartments.

So far living at 701 28th st has been pretty good. Great location and nice open apartment. Only issue was it seemed as though no cleaning was done on the apartment prior to my moving in.

In addition, we are only 1 block from the Light Rail Station at 27th & Welton. Located in the Historic Five Points area of Denver, the area has historic Victorian houses as well as modern, up-to-date lofts and new housing developments. Being one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, the surroundings are full of charm and character. The building has a Walk Score of 91 and with over seventy-five businesses lining Welton Street, just about anything you need is nearby. Some local events in the Five Points area are the free Five Points Jazz Fest in May and the Juneteenth Parade and Music Festival in June. For those of you looking for outdoor adventure, visit the nearby Classic Cruiser Bike Rental & Tours or Denver Adventures.
