We have a full kitchen, dining facilities, an in-house gym, a game room, and of course, beautiful views of the mountains and the Denver skyline. The Met is one of Denver’s truly iconic buildings. Originating in the ‘60’s, many of its suites feature floor-to-ceiling, hexagonally-shaped windows that give the building its distinctive façade. Our newly-renovated apartments feature cherry kitchens with granite tops and stainless steel appliances. From wall to wall, the Met has been renovated to meet the needs of today’s discriminating resident.

Strongly suggesting you choose another place to call home.

Property was nice years ago but ownership has allowed it to fall into a less than desirable place to live. Truly a sad situation. Owner refuses to invest in staffing required for this property splitting staff between this building and the one across the street also owned by Botnic Realty. Truly too much to put on employees who come on board positive in attitude only to be incredibly over worked and eventually leaving in despair feeling like failures, which they are not. * office managers in 5 years? Is it the employees or the employer? Total failure by owner. Many residents have left feeling the place they had chosen to be their home was nothing more than a money grub for the owner who has no regard for the fact that this IS home to the residents who he views as nothing more than cash flow.
