An experience in the city outside the city

I must express how much I love residing at The MaryCrest Apartment Homes Tower. It has indeed been an exceptional experience for my partner and me. For the first time, we have had the privilege of living in a brand-new unit with a washer and dryer included. The staff does an exemplary job of ensuring the building’s security and safety, which I sincerely appreciate. Additionally, the office staff is competent and quite entertaining when they're all together. I'm immensely grateful to be part of this community and firmly believe that The MaryCrest Apartment Homes Tower surpasses most of the competition in the Denver market. The building's décor and landscaping are fantastic; every aspect is outstanding and fabulous. I consider myself fortunate to be part of this community with such an exceptional staff. Maintenance and staff

Tiffany, the manager in this apartment is very rude. She called me yelling at me saying my car is going to get towed even though I’m a resident in this apartment because I was in the 20 minute parking overnight. The weather’s been in the negatives. I pulled into the 20 minute parking to unload a shelf, my neighbor was going to lend me a dolly, but she wasn’t home. I tried to start the car to pull out of the 20 minute parking and my car wouldn’t start. Tiffany, the apartment manager called me yelling at me telling me that my cars going to get towed because I am in the 20 minute parking. I’m trying to explain to her how the car won’t start you would think that if my car won’t start as a resident of the building she might offer to move it for me out of the 20 minute parking instead of threaten me with a $300 tow bill. When I went down to talk to her in person about the incident and telling her that she didn’t need to be yelling at me, she can talk to me and figure out what’s going on. She wants to threaten me telling me that I don’t want to get on the managers bad side like she gonna make my residency hard on me.

Not a great place to live

The office staff does the minimal required for their job. They really don’t care about you or your experience living here. They do not follow or require anyone else to follow city mandates for masks and There have been four or five outbreaks of COVID-19 that I know of here. Some of the residents are inconsiderate, sloppy and loud.
