Although I am an employee for Gables Residential, I love living at Market Station! It is centrally located to so many great food and retail spots - plus Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Meow Wolf, and Empower Field. Safe to say that there is no lack of activities to keep me occupied throughout any season. The leasing team - Cynthia, Brii, and Anthony, truly make the difference living here with great communication, smiling faces, and setting up fun events for the community to take part in. The maintenance team - Kenneth and Chase, go out of their way to make sure the community maintenance is taken care of (it's great living somewhere that the team really puts effort into taking care of) and that my work orders are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible and they keep me updated if anything has a prolonged repair period. Ramzy and Justyn with the concierge team are really great as well! They are helpful if I have any package questions and just really friendly and professional people aside from that. It's nice to be able to refer to that team after leasing office hours for assistance with things. The only slight downside is the valet parking. The valet staff are all really professional and kind people, but sometimes it can take a while for your car to be pulled around just based on the flow of other residents/office workers coming in/leaving for the day. While the price for valet is higher than other communities, I like knowing that I have the availability to access my car 24/7 and someone will always be there. Knowing that my car is secure and not left unattended/watched at any point helps ease my mind at night/whenever I am out of town. It's safe to say that Residences at Market Station truly makes the difference and eases the concerns/hassles of downtown living!

Have lived at residences at market station for 2 years. Cynthia and Bri are the absolute best leasing managers at any apartment i’ve been at. The downtown location is prime!

We have had a broken window handle for months. Out hot water takes 3-5 min to get hot. We have addressed this w the staff and work orders. 5 months and still not fixed.
