Maintenance does not follow request to be called prior to entering your property even when you are not low-income and pay the Market Rate. This is very disrespectful & intrusive. The garage doors also often malfunction and anyone is able to access the garage, which has lead to vehicles being broken into and the property claims they’re not at fault. Outrageous. Sometimes the trash chutes overflow and everything is backed up for days or weeks which is inconvenient. The outside of the building is usually grotesque and is not properly cleaned and maintained. The garages are also not regularly cleaned if cleaned at all.

For being my first apartment I’ve gotten on my own and in comparison to other peoples first, I can’t gripe too much. But, there are always Pros & Cons and for how much I am paying, that is the main Con. Outside of that, the noise of children can be obnoxious here and there but that’s no ones fault and lastly, I wish they put more care/effort into building the flimsy and some times head scratching Market Value units which aren’t worth what they're charging.
