I really wanted to love this place; it has a great location, super-friendly people, and dogs everywhere (in a good way). However, the place itself is just not well-built. Despite asking prior to moving in, and being told “we rarely receive noise complaints,” I could hear and feel everything, every footstep, every window closing, every drawer shutting, every chair scrape. I even struggled to watch TV at the same time as my upstairs neighbors. The footsteps were bad, but the real kicker was that my entire place would “shake” every time a neighbor shut their door; it was borderline unbearable; I’m just thankful my neighbors were rarely home. Additionally, the pool was closed for an entire year due to “structural integrity" issues, which essentially required repairs to the concrete surrounding the pool. We were offered public pool access as compensation, no discount or refund on rent. Maybe it’s better on other floors. I was on the 5th, but if noise bothers you, don’t do it.

We haven't had a pool all summer and they refuse to drop rent. I'm already overpaying.
