People pay top dollar to live in the Cap Hill neighborhood of Denver. Lee Manor is nestled in the middle of a truly breathtaking historic district full of beautiful buildings at every turn. While Lee Manor may be a "no frills" living experience, it is rich in culture. Every day, passing my neighbors in the hallway, I remember what it means to be a Denverite. From skis under the unassuming renter's arm; ready for a snowy weekend at the slopes to a well-manicured set of golf clubs over the shoulder of "the dude down the hall." This momentary view is closely followed by a well-weathered pair of hiking boots locked in a steady stride, a badass REI backpack nestled over the shoulders of what I can only assume in as experience hiker. These moments spell out our culture in a way words could not describe. We are all Denver city living in it's best and truest form.

Add the central Capitol Hill location and spacious one and two-bedroom floorplans and Lee Manor is a great place to live. Walkable to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, you will always have a new place to explore. Walk to Roostercat Coffee House for a cup of coffee, the famous Torchy's Tacos for some of the best queso and tacos, and Stoney's Bar & Grill for late night drinks.
