The neighborhood is nice and Quite and can be noisy at times. The property manager is amazing! He know his stuff and he will definitely help you whenever you have questions. The neighbors are very friendly.

A well maintained older building with a lot of character. Rent is reasonable for the area and there are a lot of very convenient locations and entertainment within waking distance and much more only a short drive. The building does have thin walls and you can hear neighbors easily, but if you've lived in older buildings before you're probably already used to this. Staff and maintenance are such to respond as well.

Great location. Older building, so not as updated but great rent price for what/where it is. Parking is not great. Still waiting to hear when I get my spot in the parking lot. People are very friendly.
