Overall nice place to reside, staff is friendly, always available, always ready to assist & listen to your needs. Maintenance is also friendly & prompt. I must say traffic noise was an issue at first & took some getting used to with the exception of some loud vehicles & motorcycles racing by can still be a nuisance, but being in building E i guess that really can't be helped. I am sad to see the way some residents here dispose of their trash, not very sanitary or nice to see. There is also a truck that leaks oil really bad in its spot & leaves a trail upon exit.

Everything about the property is a green flag. The staff are amazing. All work orders are responded to with great speed and efficiency. The amenities are very useful. The overall look of the apartment is very nice as well.

I've only been here for about a month but it's great! Staff is super helpful, apartments are very clean, great amenities. Only complaint is parking system, and having to pay for guest parking, but is very secure.

Its a good place to live. More on the expenisve side and unsure why, nothing that jusifies 1600 for a 595 sqare foot apartment
