Really enjoyed living here so far. Definitely simple in terms of ammenities but for the price we are paying, I feel like the value is worth it. The heater noise is a bit bothersome and the laundry machines could be cleaner from time to time, but other than that, no real complaints! Location is great, street parking options are usually plentiful, and maintenance has been effective when needed.

Older building with not many amenities but its in a great location and very peaceful. Maintenance seems to be very responsive and actually care.
