I really like living here. The only reason for the lower stars on noise it just cause we live by a fire station and a major hospital. Other than that, it's a great place to live.

I have loved living here. I put low rating for amenities only because I don't really think there are many here and for noise because I hear my upstairs neighbors all the time. Granted not anything against y'all I know it is how the building was made.

I’m glad we moved here. Surprisingly quiet building, extremely well maintained by a team that genuinely cares about their tenants. The east side of the building has mature landscaping, and is much quieter than I expected for the location. Good natural light, hardwood floors, very good layout. I highly recommend renting from A Pomeranz Realty.
