So Much Potential

Love the location. Love the views. Love the fact the walls are concrete, so little/no neighbor noise. Its a beautiful building in a great location, but they need to do better with cleaning, maintenance and managing tenants that don't follow lease rules (smoking, balcony living, pets). Cleaning is only 1x a day and only at entry (mop and wipes elevator). Gym is dated (equipment either broken or old, and not very clean), pool is always under maintenance. With a building that has so many dogs, you would think cleaning should be top priority. Cleaning/vacuuming throughout the day and on all floors. Also, high staff attrition, always a new face at concierge.

Great Location and Floor Plans

I’ve lived in two different apartments in this building for a total of almost 4 years, and overall I love living here. The variety of spacious floor plans is impressive, with beautiful views and a prime location near Cherry Creek North and Glendale. It’s property management company could do a better job of keeping tenants informed of updates regarding the building, and they could be more proactive to handle maintenance needs and hire a competent team. Overall, I think living and Gables is definitely worth the money and have suggested it to several friends some of them have also moved in.

Beautiful amenities and great staff members, especially Elly at the concierge. Pool was closed for a month during the summer, but other than that its been great.

Best Quality of Living & Best Price for Quality of Location!

HANDS DOWN Best Price/ Quality of Living for Quality of Location!! Great service, amenities and staff all around making our rent worth every penny! Safe parking garage and surrounding neighborhoods, plus our golden retriever has never been happier! Dog friendly environment however extremely clean and well kept. The hallways always smell AMAZINGLY clean and fresh, the staff and maintenance are always courteous and helpful- it was a no brainer renewing our lease here at Gables Cherry Creek we HIGHLY recommend this location to everyone!
