Overall I would rate the value of my living here at 4/5. The cost of rent and everything you can get like 1gig internet for 60 a month because of the location, the Flex rent is a godsend and there is a small shopping outlet across the street where you could get potentially anything you need. And bus stops on either side of the street so public transportation for the vehicless is very possible. My only real complaints is I think the unit was a newly finished one so it has a few issues associated with that.
