Wonderful place!

The maintenance, staff, and all amenities are wonderful. The people in this complex are all great as well and they keep the grounds super clean! There's so many things to do in such a safe environment but also being a close drive to downtown Denver! They host a lot of events for the community to come together in a fun way!

I have been living in my unit for one year now. I really do love the apartment itself and the amenities offered throughout the building. The only downside is added on additional fees, like parking, with my resign which used to not be an additional charge. Hot tub was also down for several months but hopefully with the remodel will last longer. Although rent prices have made a big increase between my initial rate and my resign, I ultimately decided to stay because the apartment and the community around it has everything I want.

I have loved living here. I have been here for over 2 years. I hope to be here for many moreyears. The office staff and maintenance, are incredible... and I would highly recommend moving into Encore.

Love my home

The staff is so friendly and brought me gifts when my dog passed away. They are extremely accommodating and lovely. The grounds are always kept clean. The accommodations are wonderful as well.
