I like my apartment but the property managers at cornerstone are not great communicators or good at working with their tenants. The maintainable staff are great and helpful, but when I'm communicating with the building managers, it takes them over a week to reply often. My property manager refused to negotiate a new price, even when there's empty units in the same building being rented for less. It's showing Cornerstone's greed. Be warned, going month to month is an egregious amount of money, an extra $500 a month. It lacks understanding that tenants are human, not just money making opportunities.

I like my building. I pay $1350 for a one bedroom apartment. They recently increased our utility payment from a flat monthly rate to a variable rate that's been more than twice as much. This is annoying, as they did it mid lease. Whenever I have a question for my property manager Hunter, he takes WEEKS to get back to me. I have to call and email multiple times before getting an answer.

I love living here! It is quite afforable for the area and I only have minimal complaints about the property upkeep! I think it would be beneficial to have a cleaning crew come a couple times a week to clean the outside of the apartment building since there is a lot of foor traffic on this street! Also PLEASE dont raise the rent!!!!
