I like my building. I pay $1350 for a one bedroom apartment. They recently increased our utility payment from a flat monthly rate to a variable rate that's been more than twice as much. This is annoying, as they did it mid lease. Whenever I have a question for my property manager Hunter, he takes WEEKS to get back to me. I have to call and email multiple times before getting an answer.

I love living here! It is quite afforable for the area and I only have minimal complaints about the property upkeep! I think it would be beneficial to have a cleaning crew come a couple times a week to clean the outside of the apartment building since there is a lot of foor traffic on this street! Also PLEASE dont raise the rent!!!!
