16th floor: Filthy Carpet Washing Machine Inoperable

Our 16th floor carpet is just filthy. It needs a good shampoo cleaning or, possibly, replacement. It's embarrassing to bring guests to my apartment. Also, the washing machine does not work with Clear Token. I contacted Clear Token twice about this and they say that the building management has to fix it. Thanks.

Amenities+cost

I chose to move here based on location and amenities. I have been highly disappointed. The elevators are constantly down. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration. Since living here for 15 months, the elevators have worked a total of 10 days. Not consecutive. The car wash has worked on 2 occasions. Either it doesn't have soap or just doesn't work. My parking spot has a leak from the ceiling, there is usually dirt and debris on my hood. It requires washing more often than not. The grill outside the club room does not work, the door leading to the lower level doesn't shut completely. This leaves room for outsiders to come in. The flags on top of the towers are noisy with normal wind. The rent is too much for these inconveniences. Having to wait for a working elevator has not made good use of my time, which is valuable just like your time is valuable. I regret sign g another lease and persuade others to find somewhere with working amenities.
