Great property in a safe and lovely neighborhood. Parking is expensive and the garage stairwells are filthy which is the only real negative I have. Also not a fan of the water shut offs and fire alarms but I really do love this property and look forward to spending the summer in the Gardens.

Love the historic feel to it. Dated, especially in the kitchen and plumbing, but we still enjoy it. The amenities in the complex are nice - fire pits, pool, gym, garden areas. It has a very different feel from any other complex in Denver. The green space is lovely, and its very close to Wash Park and Cheeseman and smaller parks. Close enough to Broadway too.
