There is also a $300 refundable pet deposit per household. We do not have weight restrictions and do not allow exotic species or other types of pets. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Akitas or mixes of these breeds. All pets must be current on vaccinations. All pets must be on a leash in public spaces at all times except designated off-leash areas. Residents may use the dog park and dog run at their own risk. Our campus features a dog park, a dog spa, pet-centric events, and easy access to nearby parks.

Quaint and Good Bang for the Buck

Love the historic feel to it. Dated, especially in the kitchen and plumbing, but we still enjoy it. The amenities in the complex are nice - fire pits, pool, gym, garden areas. It has a very different feel from any other complex in Denver. The green space is lovely, and its very close to Wash Park and Cheeseman and smaller parks. Close enough to Broadway too.

Gardens are Tailies- the forgotten lot

the grounds need major care, dead trees, vines falling of building burned out and broken landscape lights. the people in the towers just poop their dogs here, but the people in the gardens live here. Just needs a bit o' care. people nice.
