Affordable in great location!
I have lived at The Brit residence on S. Ogden street for almost 3 years now. I love the location of this apartment complex, close to Washington Park and has plenty of street parking in the surrounding area. The staff at The Brit is quick to respond and always helpful. The property itself is well maintained, with dog trash stations, a clean pool area and clean common areas. There are plenty of laundry rooms and I enjoy the lockers they have for incoming packages. The noise in this facility would be my only complaint. The walls and floors are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. Otherwise I think it is a great price with the amount of space offered and the location of the complex itself. Would recommend!

it’s a nice place to live; clean and in a good neighborhood. definitely expensive and not handicap accessible at all. if you’re alright with those things, it’s a great.
