Resident Review

Location is the best feature of this apartment! The downsides are it being an older building, so the there is a lot of noise within the building and the rent is very steap considering the quality of the apartment.

Worst living experience

Worst experience of our lives. Management only cares about the dollar sign, the apartment was literally falling apart (our ceiling even was crumbling which is terrifying) back door was broke 3 different occasions which is scary for obvious reasons, homeless people wandering around inside and on the property, and cameras don’t actually work at the building. Honestly such a disappoint and so thankful to be out of there. I will never recommend Redpeak now that they share management with poets row. Poets row is trash.

You get what you pay for, and they are overcharging.

The renovations is incredibly shoddy and poorly done (floor is buckling, tub is peeling, the drawers are constantly breaking, the "gym" room is a joke). The staff ignores you and is very unhelpful once you are in (the maintenance guys are cool, but the office staff - forget it). The apartments are not worth what they are charging and while the location is Wash Park, living next to an alley was a mistake. All day long, the noise level is high. And then there is the fact you can hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor makes, every single one. Package theft is a real problem and the response from management was "give better directions" when that isn't always an opportunity. While we have a Luxor system, no one uses it and I've seen several notes left, including "please return the necklace I bought for my wedding next week" being posted. They spent a bunch of money to give it the place a fresh coat of paint (literally), but it doesn't hide all the problems (broken stail railways for over a year, broken doors for over a year, etc.). I would not recommend living here, I would recommend the Towers across the street if you like the location. Many more amenities and better renovations make for a happier living experience.
