The area is great, safe, walkable. The building entrance doors are always broken, causing intruders to enter and packages get stolen. The dryers do not work. I know myself and many tenants over the years have submitted maintenance requests for both of those issues - and they are not addressed. They are fixed, and then break again. The management company will say these are priorities for them but that is just words.
