I have lived at Cottage Hill Senior Apartments for 1.5 years. The people are generally friendly enough and helpful to one another. The Resident Services Coordinator seems to be helpful to those needing help navigating difficult websites, aiming for healthcare assistance, shopping assistance, etc. Activities are definitely geared toward those who are fully retired. If you are still working, you are on your own, so it's a little harder to get acquainted. Everyone with a dog is well known. The biggest noise is from the school playground across Tennyson. While restaurants and shops on Tennyson to the north are geared to millennials, GenX, etc., that is true everywhere in Denver. Library and parks and grocery stores are nearby. Cost of housing is reasonable.
